Job Title: Commercial Manager

Location: Ireland with some travel

The company

A leading European specialist contractor is actively seeking a Commercial Manager for data centre projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value projects within a stable and rapidly expanding sector.

The role

As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercials on various CSA & Fit-Out packages on data centre projects in Denmark, Belgium & Holland. You will work closely with the project delivery teams and ensure the required margins are being achieved. You will be required to prepare bid documents and to work closely with the estimating teams.

Could this role be for you?

  • A proven track record working as a Commercial Manager.
  • Experience on Critical Engineering projects valued in excess of £10m
  • Educated to HNC or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Excellent commercial understanding and acumen.
  • Experience on technical projects would be beneficial.
  • Need to be living in Ireland.
