You will be joining an award-winning main contractor based across the UK who work on education, healthcare, leisure, commercial, industrial, offices and so on.

This particular role is for a project in Chatham, Kent, which is a brand new £25m first zero carbon school (new build).

The position

As the Project Quantity Surveyor of this project, you will be expected to report to the Senior/Managing Surveyor, preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts. Also, valuing completed work and arranging for payments.

Could this role be for you?

Ideally 7+ years’ experience

Experience working in main contracting

Ideally HNC or HND in Surveying and degree qualified

Being commercially aware

Experience running larger projects (up to £25m confidently)
