The position
The candidate will ideally have experience of property management (block)/ residential and be keen to extend their experience and be ready for new challenges
Could this role be for you?
- Managing developments/blocks under company’s portfolio
- Financial management of such premises
- Supervising contractors working on behalf of the company
- Liaising with clients within the portfolio
- Attending meetings
- Conducting site visits
