The company

You will be joining an award-winning, leading civil engineering and construction company. Projects include healthcare, education, student accommodation, residential, data centres, labs and so on. Based in Dublin, Ireland.

The position

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected advise on contractual matters – general and project level, process contractual claims and all associated records and look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost and identify and investigate losses.

Could this role be for you?

  • Ability to work on large scale, high headcount construction sites & sub-contractors essential
  • 4+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on construction projects
  • Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Happy to travel but be based in Dublin, Ireland
