The Company

Highfield have a great opportunity to join one of the area’s best property specialists the role is with a leading real estate adviser. Continued growth and an ever-expanding client base have created an exciting opportunity in the Valuation team.

The Role

  • Inspect and value office, retail, industrial and residential properties and residential development sites.
  • Produce detailed valuation advice for banking, corporate and private clients.
  • Assist in the management of existing clients and development of new clients.
  • Be a key member of a growing valuation team.

The Requirements

  • Have a degree in Estate Management, Planning or Business.
  • Be a qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Have a good of understanding and knowledge of the Sussex and Surrey property markets.
  • Be familiar with development and investment valuation software.
  • Be looking for a career path focussing on property valuation and team leadership.
