Highfield Professional Solutions are working with a leading consultancy that are looking to bring in a Technical Director to join their Engineering Team. Tasks & Responsibilities
- Ensure fit for purpose processes are in place to support the Structures service
- Provide analysis, advice and support to resolve problems and enhance business and operational performance
- Actively seek new opportunities for large projects
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and direction to ensure the maintenance of professional standards and high levels of motivation and commitment
- Build a service delivery team for today and tomorrow, and one that is highly motivated in looking after the clients
- Lead and facilitate delivery of training, development and succession plans for the service
Could this role be for you?
- Chartered Engineer (UK compliant)
- Substantial experience of at least 15 years
- Substantial experience in managing large teams and significant budgets at senior level
