The three director’s workspace is spread across the office with all the employees, the reason for this being they know the work culture like the back of their hand. The advantage of this is the ability to bring it fantastic recruits that build to the work culture in the new office. With the team rapidly growing the directors say the success has been down to the brilliant people that work here.
