The three director’s workspace is spread across the office with all the employees, the reason for this being they know the work culture like the back of their hand. The advantage of this is the ability to bring it fantastic recruits that build to the work culture in the new office. With the team rapidly growing the directors say the success has been down to the brilliant people that work here. Wellbeing of our employees is at the heart of everything we do, the care for our employees is taken very serious and we have weekly meditation session’s to participate in.

Once again another bright idea to motivate staff was to bring in “Early Finish Fridays & Never work on your Birthday” The team have reacted really well to this incentive, if they hit their target they get to leave at 1pm on a Friday.
