Asset Manager – Canary Wharf

The company

Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and Contracts nationwide.

Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is based on a single site in the Canary Wharf Area.

This is a Single site position where you have the potential to earn between £36-£40k P/A Salary. Working on a Standard Shift Pattern.

The position

Working with the FM industry on a key Government contract, establishing a positive Asset and Safety Culture, making sure the H&S and compliance are up to date and maintained.

Could this role be for you?

  • Asset Management – updating and maintaining the CAFM database
  • NEBOSH or similar
  • ISO 9001, 14001, 18001
  • CAD Trained (advantage)
  • Ability to get SC clearance
