Assistant Facilities Manager (Soft Services) – Liverpool

Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and Contracts nationwide.

Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is based on a single site in the Liverpool Area.

This is a Multi site position where you have the potential to earn between £21-£28k P/A Salary. Working on a Standard Shift Pattern.

The position

Working with the FM industry on a key Government contract, delivering the full diversity of Soft FM e.g. Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, and Admin. The position will include a cluster of Government Sites in Liverpool a positive Asset and Safety Culture, making sure the H&S and compliance are up to date and maintained.

Could this role be for you?

  • Team leader / Assistant FM level
  • Soft Services background
  • Review and Audit the Soft Services across all sites on a regular basis
  • Manager CAFM system
  • Experience with BICS
  • Ability to get SC clearance
  • Driving Licence
